We have revamped our UK postal charges. We now have a low rate for small orders and free delivery available on larger orders.
Spend up to £5 and delivery is £1.95
Spend up to £25 and delivery is £3.95
Spend between £25 and £75 and qualify for free delivery.
Orders over £75 will be sent via courier at a standard charge of £12 per parcel.
For all the above rates we will choose the most appropriate postal service from the list below.
First Class will be used on small, low value orders.
First Class Recorded this provides a little more security, so is used for orders with a higher value.
Special Delivery (Mon to Fri) this is guaranteed for delivery before 1pm. Select this for our balloon in a box gifts. We will also use this at our descretion, for example an urgent order where we have to wait for stock delivery.
Courier This option is for larger party orders, that are cheaper to send this way than through Royal Mail. This is also a good option for when you want a trackable service so you know when your parcel is out for delivery. This excludes the following areas of the UK (please get in touch to arrange delivery costs for your parcel if you fall within one of the following areas)
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS PH19 - PH44, PH49, PH50. PA20 - PA88. KA27 AND KA28. ALL IV, KW, ZE AND HS POSTCODES NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, THE ISLE OF MAN
We do try to despatch in stock orders within one working day, however at times we may not be able to do so. We advise customers to order at least one week before your event. If your order is needed urgently please let us know so we can do our best to get your order delivered in time.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY we are happy to arrange for delivery overseas, if you cannot see a service at checkout then please contact us for costs.
Returns Policy
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date, subject to a 10% administration charge.
No refund will be given for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the intended delivery date. We will make every effort to stop such a delivery taking place, but offer no guarantee.
RETURN OF GOODS
If you should change your mind following receipt of your order you have a 7 day period to notify us in writing (either by email or letter) of this. All non personalised goods will be returned to us at the buyers expense - we recommend you use a trackable method of postage as you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are received by ourselves. We require all goods to be returned within 10 days of receiving your order cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving your order cancellation.
PERSONALISED GOODS For personalised goods we are unable to offer a refund unless the items are faulty in some way (i.e. misprint by us). We consider personalised goods to include ready made pass the parcels and pre filled party bags as these are made specifically to meet your requirements. If you order a party in a box and require a refund please contact us prior to returning any goods.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are inspected closely prior to packing.
In the unfortunate event of an order arriving in damaged condition, please contact us using the form on the site.
In most cases we will offer a replacement item, should this not be satisfactory we will provide a refund for the cost of item and original postage. Return postage is refunded at our discretion.
