Accounts and Reward Points System
You may have noticed that we have a reward points scheme set up. You also qualify for a percentage discount dependent on your account level, this is defined by your sales to date.
Please note, your reward points will show on your order subtotal only, not on individual items.
How this works
For new customers, you will be placed in the New Accounts category. This gives you no discount but you will get reward points at a value of 1 for every £1 spent, this then gives you 10p for every point collected to use on future orders.
Once your total orders have passed the £50 mark, you will move up to the Bronze Accounts. This gives you a discount of 5% and reward points at a value of 1 for every £1 spent, this then gives you 15p for every point collected to use on future orders.
Total orders over £250 will move you up to Silver Accounts. This gives you a discount of 10% and reward points at a value of 1 for every £1 spent, this then gives you 20p for every point collected to use on future orders.
Total orders over £500 will move you up to Gold Accounts. This gives you a discount of 15% and reward points at a value of 1 for every £1 spent, this then gives you 25p for every point collected to use on future orders.
